*Basic check: Checking the correct use of question formats, mobile optimization and links to book pages/websites/videos and audio files. Included in the setup costs.
**Maintenance fee: Checking and updating the cover and title (e.g. for new editions), updating the correct linking of book pages/websites, videos and audio files, forwarding content error messages or update requests and initiating the necessary changes.
The client is entitled to 30% (except for school licenses 15%) of revenues from all sales channels (after deduction of VAT and commission by any store operators (e.g. Google, Apple), payment service providers (e.g. PayPal) or other parties involved in the sale (e.g. third-party distribution)).
School licenses: Schools have the option of using all eSquirrel courses for the entire school without restrictions for the entire school year (incl. summer break) for a minimum order quantity of 30 pupils for a flat rate per pupil.

The content is created by prior consultation and checked for pedagogical correctness. The created content belongs to you (even after the end of the contract).
